The hotel was attractive, and I loved agreeable staff and impeccable room. Breakfast included fresh fruit, omelet, eggs, sausages and cheese and was very very good. Brilliant location not very far from friendship fountain.
Facilities were new, nevertheless Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Hotel accommodation was outstanding, I liked skilful staff. Light room, excellent view. Simple location, 5 minutes' walk to treaty oak park. Polite service, pleasant restaurant on site. Food was reasonably priced and I have nothing but awesome memories from this trip.

Well-organised and decent room, I had a PLEASANT OVERNIGHT stay. Personnel were happy to help and, of course, it was useful. Incredible view of castle.

The hotel was sweet, I liked location and staff. Own beach near the place. Room was lovely and with amazing beds. Lots of food at breakfast, including eggs, fresh fruit, sausages, cheese and toast. Late check out too.

Room was convenient with quiet bed and staff were thoughtful! Inclusive breakfast, helpful service. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Friendly lobby. Complementary drinks, great wifi were a nice surprise.

Handy location, savoury breakfast, impressive room with a gorgeous view. Lovely beds, microwave, climate control and terrace were a nice touch. Exceptional service overall. The casual restaurant and executive bar, we appreciated them.

Staff was welcoming plus location was great. Don't forget to explore Downtown Jacksonville district. Enjoyed on-site restaurant Ruths Chris Steakhouse.

lots of restaurants to eat close by, like sake house that was only 5 minutes' walk away. the venue was just 1 mile from everbank field.

The hotel was great, as you can expect from Jacksonville. Jaxx Sports Bar was 10 mins walk away. Close to the airport, 25 min drive. We think we recommend to anyone.
